First Weekly Appointment--Final Countdown!

So we have something like 27 days to go, which I can hardly believe. Up to this point I have been feeling pretty good other than being very tired most of the time. I am still not so huge I can't do stuff (I can even shave my legs and clip my own toe nails and put on socks and tie shoes!) and according to what folks tell me I do not yet have the maternity waddle. It is nice, but I am waiting for the ball to drop:)

Today was Baby T's first weekly OBGYN appointment and we are doing well. Baby's heartbeat was lower today than usual but the doctor said it was ok--heartbeat was 140 and every other time it has been 150 or 160. They think Baby T might have been taking a nap! I am still measuring good belly-wise and I am a little dilated and quite a bit effaced. Also, baby is head down. We asked about induction if things aren't on time and my doctor kind of gave me what I interpreted as a 'no need to ask since that isn't gonna happen' look, so we'll see. Baby T might be a little early like Al.

I cleaned up my office, set my personal email to route into a folder other than my inbox and reset my email password. There are a couple of things I am still working on but I am about 85% of the way there on being able to leave when the time comes and not return for 8 weeks. It feels really weird.
