I ate quite a bit of spicy food this weekend and I think I ticked Baby T off. Sunday morning I had breakfast and was laying around and realized Baby T hadn't moved much all morning. So I ate a little more and laid on my left-hand side like I am supposed to if I need to check Baby T's movements (not necessary when Baby T is moving normally which is how most days go) and waited for a while and nothing, so I drank OJ (the next step) and waited for about 45 minutes and still nothing. So I decided to get a shower and try to do my regular routine to see if that would rile Baby T up and still nothing. I had just called my OBGYN office and was waiting on hold when Baby T finally started to kick and bounce and hiccup all over the place. Sneaky baby-not so nice to scare mom and dad that way! Since then Baby has been super active, I think to make up for the hide and seek.

Baby T Plays Hide and Seek
We had the final baby shower (yup, there were 3!) on Friday in honor of St Patty's Day I think...or in honor of Baby T. We got a ton more great things and some very nice 3+ mo. clothes which will come in handy since mostly we have 0-3 mo. stuff. Hopefully baby will be small and not need the 3 mo+ clothes a few days after getting out of the hospital (my friend Jamie's baby was almost 12 pounds when he was born--yikes!). Everyone has been awfully nice to baby and very generous. We also got presents in the mail from the Spencers and Fraziers and they contained lots of neat items as well as some beautiful baby outfits! See this awesome cake one of my co-workers made? She makes cakes professionally as a second business and they are yummy and gorgeous.
