My first visit is next Tuesday and I have some more scoop on what will happen then. I will meet with the nurse practitioner first and mostly it is an office appointment--no nakedness or ultra sounds or anything crazy. They will basically tell me what to expect and do for the next 8 months and do some bloodwork. It sounds like they wait until 10-12 week for u/s unless there is a problem. I am cool with waiting b/c stupid insurance only pays for one typically AND there isn't much to see right now anyway. I think the blood work will ease any worries I have to date...I hope:)
Yesterday was my most yucky stomach day yet. Today started out much better but as I sit here, my stomach is starting to go bonkers and I am having acid reflux problems (I have had them before--used to be on prilosec--will have to check this with nurse on Tuesday).
